All orders are subject to approval.
You will make every attempt to notified you if an entire order is out of stock. Partial orders will be processed.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Purchases made on products with obvious pricing errors will not be honored.
Minimum web order is $20 US funds.
We do not enter backorders for out of stock items unless directed by the customer.
While we will make every effort to notify you if we are out of stock on an item, time may not allow it in all instances. If you would like information on any order status, please call customer service at 434-372-5579 M-TH 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.; FR -- 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m..
Credit cards are not processed through the website; they are processed from our shop when the order is shipped (or when it is ordered if the order is a "special" order).
Because of UPS's dimensional weight requirements, we are unable to give you an accurate freight cost through the online store. The freight that will show is only an estimate. We will weigh/measure your box prior to shipping and the UPS published charge plus a small handling fee will be added to your invoice.
If you wish for an order to be shipped via air, please follow your order with an email directing us to do so.
