GENERAL: |
Orders received
prior to 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the day of receipt if possible.
After 3:00 p.m., any additions to previously entered orders will be
considered as a new and separate order. Enter orders as early as
possible during the day to prevent an overload of orders which may
lead to orders not getting out that day. |

BACKORDERS: |
Items that are not
in stock at the time an order is placed will not be backordered unless
requested when the order is placed. Backorders entered will be
shipped when the merchandise becomes available without further
notification. |

RETURN POLICY: |
All returns
require a RA# and a copy of the invoice.
No credit will be given without these two items. Should you be
dissatisfied with an item purchased from us, you may return the item
unused in its original package and original condition within 30 days
from the date of the invoice. There may be no return on items special
ordered or customized. There will be a restocking charge of 20% on
all returns if shipped as ordered. There will be no credit given
without an invoice accompanying the return.
To return an item,
we ask that you follow the following procedure:
- Pack the item
in the original package and place it in the original shipping
package, if possible, or some other suitable package for shipping;
- Enclose the
original invoice or a copy of it to insure proper credit is given;
- On the invoice
enclosed, please write why you were dissatisfied with the item;
- All shipping
charges for the return must be prepaid.

SHIPPING
CHARGES: |
All shipping
charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to
the customer’s invoice. Minimum freight charge of $8.00. |

REFUSED
SHIPMENTS: |
Should you refuse
a shipment, a $10.00 service charge (or the cost of the freight charge
if greater than $10.00) will be added to your account. This balance
must be paid before further shipments can be made. |

SALES TAX: |
Virginia Sales Tax
will be added to any order placed from a customer residing within the
State of Virginia unless an exemption certificate is on file with
Tommy’s Karts ‘N Parts, Inc. |

PAYMENT TERMS:

Shipments will be
made either via Cashier’s Check or Money Order or charged to either
MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. |

PRICING: |
Due to changes in
the karting market, our prices are subject to change without notice.
Tommy’s is also not responsible for typographical errors found
in this catalog, on its website, or in any other publication. |

WARRANTIES/GUARANTEES: |
Tommy’s
does not guarantee any item sold. Neither do we express any warranty
for any item sold. For those manufacturers who provide warranties,
the customer is advised to deal directly with the manufacturer. |

As the karting
industry grows, new items are constantly being developed. Should you
not see an item in our catalog or on the web site, please inquire
about availability. We make every effort to meet the needs and
demands of the karters. |

DAMAGED
SHIPMENTS: |
It is the
responsibility of the customer to check all packages received for
damage. If damage is present, the customer must notify the carrier at
the time of delivery. |
